The most beautiful girl in Mexico
In my journey through South Mexico, in a town locate in the middle of the Chiapas’ mountains I found the most brilliant eyes that I have ever seen. The beauty of this girl was similar to the panoramic views I was able to appreciate every time I turned around. She belongs to the Zoque ethnic who name themselves O’ deput, which means people of words. The particularity of this girl; besides her beauty is that she cannot speak or listen, the way to communicate with her was by signs. It is no mystery that the beauty of the true Mexican woman is way above all beauty contests.
La niña mas bonita de México
En mi viaje por el sur de México, en un pueblo ubicado en medio de la sierra Chiapaneca me encontré con los ojos mas brillantes que jamás haya visto en persona, la belleza de esta niña era similar a los paisajes que uno puede apreciar a donde quiera que voltee. Ella pertenece a la etnia Zoque, quienes se autonombran O’depüt, que significa gente de palabra. La particularidad de esta niña, además de su belleza es que no habla y no oye, las señas fué nuestra manera de comunicarnos al momento de retratarla. No cabe duda que la belleza de la verdadera mujer mexicana está muy por encima de todos esos concursos de belleza.
